What great door creations we had for Christmas.  Every class had such fun and creative ideas to show off their rooms over the festive period.  I wonder which one is your favourite?

We had a very special visitor today….

It was a special occasion this week as we returned to our live Christmas performances.  The students showcased their dancing, singing, instrument playing and performing in a magical variety show that wowed everyone who was participating in the audience.  We are all so proud of your achievements.  Congratulations to Janice and Sarah for directing us. 

Green Class have been very busy! We did a lot of training for the Special Olympics and are very proud of how we did. We made ornaments using cones for the Christmas Fair in Ballisodare. Blue Class have been busy with lots of Christmas art and activities. Yellow Class have been getting REINDEER ready! We’ve been preparing for Christmas with great excitement. We’ve been making decorations to spruce up the classroom, a handprint wreath and Christmas trees to make a Christmas forest.  We made Rudolf Buns in cookery. First we tasted all of the ingredients, then magically turned them into Rudolf Treats!

Well we have had a very busy and productive term in Bronze Class. we have enjoyed using the new Geodome on Carroll’s Way. We have explored different colours using our light box, and have started making Christmas decorations in our art classes. Purple class have been bouncing into the Christmas period. We have been attending the GymAble programme each week where we have been working a lot on our jumping, tumbling, rolling, running and balancing skills.  We have really enjoyed developing our skills and our confidence has really grown week on week.
